The demonstrations on stunicholls.com can be used subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You may use these demonstrations in your 'paid projects' for client websites.
  2. You may use these demonstrations as part of an application interface.
  3. You may use these demonstrations on personal and commercial websites.
  4. You may NOT place these demonstrations on another site for others to download.
  5. You may NOT redistrubute or resell these demonstrations.
  6. Users agree not to remove or edit the credit/copyright notices within the stylesheets and javascript files, or claim that these demonstrations are their own.

If you are using these demonstrations on a commercial site or a 'for-profit' site or as part of a paid job for a client, then I would ask that a donation to support stunicholls.com is made.
